What to prepare before the first delivery
- Rent and activate a warehouse. H1–H3 have one vehicle slot; I1–I3, P1–P3 and Q1–Q3 have two in the community reference.
- Install Pallet Shelves with free space. The reference price is $2,500 each at AJ Pederson & Son or Factory Supply Depot.
- Assign a Purchasing Agent to a headquarters computer workstation, then link the importer contract to that agent and warehouse.
- Put a delivery vehicle in the warehouse, assign a qualified driver and seat the Logistics Manager at a headquarters workstation. Configure destinations and products in BizMan → Deliveries.
- Give receiving stores Storage Shelves with room for the shipment, and keep enough cash to pay for the order.
Capacity and stock targets

These are unmodded reference limits, not a promise for every vehicle or manager. The Warehouse page specifies 95% driver skill for Freight Truck T1, but another paragraph mentions 50%; check the vehicle’s actual requirement before hiring. A target of 500 with 200 already at the store calls for 300 more, not another 500. Displayed goods count toward that stock target.
Delivery times and missed shipments
Standard importer orders are listed for Monday 08:00, with a Sunday 20:00 cutoff. Urgent imports are listed for the following morning with a 100% surcharge. Internal delivery timing is disputed: Warehouse says 02:00, while Importers says 08:00. Check the scheduled time in your current build instead of assuming either hour is universal.
- No incoming goods: check funds, minimum order, importer limit and free Pallet Shelf space.
- No store delivery: check manager seating, driver, vehicle assignment, destination and receiving storage.
- Running out mid-day: increase the target after checking consumption; deliveries are scheduled events, not continuous restocking.
