Install the current Workshop release
The direct Workshop item is Going Public: Multiplayer for Big Ambitions, published by Melaus, item 3765662670. It is unofficial. The older Big Ambitions Online development post is a separate lead and should not be treated as this mod’s installation instructions.
- Each player reads the current listing and installs the same mod release and requirements.
- Enable the mod from the main menu. Let one player host a new test world or a multiplayer save.
- Join using the author’s Steam invitation, direct-IP or LAN route. Test reconnection and a save/load cycle together.
Compatibility and support
The listing checked on October 19, 2026 describes a separate multiplayer-save folder. That is the author’s design claim, not a backup guarantee. Keep an independent copy of valuable saves and use the author’s bug-report channel for synchronization problems.
This wiki verified the listing and installation description, not a live multiplayer session. The base game remains listed as single-player on Steam.
